British nail stylist Marian Newman began her career in the field of manicure back in the late 80s. Since then, many techniques and trends have changed, but Marian managed not only to keep afloat but also to become one of the best in the industry.
The girl regularly collaborates with fashion houses Louis Vuitton, Tom Ford, Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood, glossy magazines, and celebrities. It was Marian who was one of the first to release on the catwalk models with pearls and spikes on the nails, feathers and half-painted fingers, and not just a nail plate.

Nail stylist Britney Tokyo lives in Los Angeles but was born and raised in the Japanese capital. The pseudonym also speaks about the origin of the girl and the style that she adheres to in the nails design.
Britney’s works are the best illustration of Tokyo’s Harajuku district’s style, where they prefer to put on all the brightest and
most unusual at once. The design combines flashy colors, crystals the size of a nail plate, lots of jewelry, and three-dimensional patterns.
The first celebrity client of Britney was Vanessa Hudgens, but later the celebrity base increased. On Kim Kardashian’s nails, Britney drew kimoji (a set of emoji depicting Kim herself), Harry Styles’s nails decorated with children’s drawings of fruits for the promo of his Fine Line album.
